In cooperation with J&J World Wide Services and Leo Daly Architect & Engineers.
Worked with the General Contractor, Architect, Engineers, Government entities and the end user to develop a plan and design that encompassed all of the facilities needs while remaining in budget.
Work with the end user and facility management team to develop a comprehensive construction schedule that accomplished all of the projects needs while not effecting the continued use of the facility. Construction Duration 1 year. Replaced the major mechanical and electrical infrastructure components in a completely occupied and functional Vivarium, and testing lab without disruption of services to the facility. Project included the replacement of the AH Us and ductwork, hot water boiler steam boilers, control air compressors, lab air compressors, domestic water heaters, storage tanks, chillers, ATC controls, motor control centers, emergency generator and fire alarms.
