About
Mr. Quarles came to work for Rommel Infrastructure (formally Rommel Engineering and Construction) 23 years ago. He worked his way up from Laborer to Foreman to Superintendent, and along the way has learned all aspects 0f the signal and street lighting construction business. He oversees projects in parts of District 2, District 3 and District 5 in Maryland.
When not at work, Rich enjoys spending time with his family.
