Construction of a community-based Mental Health facility. The project consisted of the fit out of 64,000 square feet of tenant space used for office, counseling, group therapy and medical examinations. Scope of work included installation of all ductwork, controls, and plumbing for a stand-alone facility, that also integrated into the main campus control systems.
